We are currently expanding our operations in Bali, and we are looking for a Construction Recruitment Staff to join our team. As a Construction Recruitment Staff, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting skilled and experienced professionals for our construction projects in Bali. You will work closely with our project managers and site supervisors to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure that our recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and recruiting skilled and experienced professionals for our construction projects in Bali
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
• Working closely with project managers and site supervisors to understand their staffing needs
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
• Ensuring that our recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR
• Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
