As a Guest House Operations Staff, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. You will work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the guest house, including check-in/check-out processes
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring their needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software like PMS (Property Management System)
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Assist in organizing and executing special events and group bookings
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws
• Train and supervise front desk and housekeeping staff as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or related fields
• Proven experience in guest house operations or similar roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with hotel management software like PMS is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards
• Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg
