In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition, and comply with all regulations and standards.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to resolve issues and improve fleet performance.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and supervise junior fleet coordinators and drivers.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software.
