📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth and development.,Enhance employee engagement through the design and implementation of programs and activities.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and address concerns.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Facilitate training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and coaching.,Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.,Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record in organizational development and employee engagement.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
