Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring that they are productive and motivated,Ensure that the team meets its targets and objectives,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the team,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and support as needed,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the team's work is aligned with the company's goals,Maintain a positive and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration,Attend and participate in team meetings and other relevant events and activities,Any other duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
