📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
• Provide assistance in the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Provide support in the management of payroll and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
