CV Raya Prima is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for logistics and coordination.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of our fleet operations, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and available for use. You will also be involved in scheduling and managing vehicle assignments, and ensuring that all drivers are properly trained and certified.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the coordination of fleet operations and maintenance schedules.
  • Manage vehicle assignments and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to assigned locations.
  • Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in the training and certification of new drivers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly documented and insured.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
