PT Pertiwi Galih is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so we need someone who can start right away. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during special events and banquets. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setting up and decorating the venue.,Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about the event.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns that guests may have.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and in good condition.,Assist in the cleanup and reset of the banquet area after the event.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area at all times.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to banquet events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a Banquet Staff or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and procedures.,Fluent in Indonesian, with good English skills a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
