📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including cost analysis and financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting or financial management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
