Sumber Gita Restaurant is looking for a dedicated IT Staff to join our team. As an IT Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of our business systems. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure all IT systems are running smoothly.,Monitor and manage network security, including firewalls, antivirus, and other security measures.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network security and troubleshooting.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
