📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with the production team, quality control, and other departments to maintain a smooth workflow.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement production strategies and goals.,Train and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
