Land Acquisition Specialist - Real Estate Development

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for acquisition, considering factors such as location, size, zoning, and market trends.
• Conduct due diligence on land parcels, including title searches, environmental assessments, and legal reviews.
• Negotiate with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure the most favorable terms for land acquisition.
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure that all legal and financial aspects of land acquisition are properly addressed.
• Monitor and manage the progress of land acquisition projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key landowners, developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in land acquisition, and implement innovative solutions to improve our processes.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of land acquisition projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition, with a proven track record of success in securing high-quality land parcels.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian land laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using GIS software, CAD tools, and property management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
