In this role, you will be responsible for leading audit teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing recommendations for improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise audit teams to ensure efficient and effective audits.,Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.,Provide training and guidance to junior auditors.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of all audit activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
