📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting,Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders,Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve the company's financial performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus
