📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports
• Support the legal team in conducting legal research and analysis
• Ensure compliance with local and international legal regulations and industry standards
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address legal queries and issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal matters
• Assist in the organization and management of legal files and documents
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of legal strategies and solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting
• Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or similar
• Ability to work well in a team and independently under pressure
