PT Akasia Berkah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Dili. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an urgent position, and the ideal candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation.,Ensure the outlet meets all health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and local languages is a plus.
