Bright Place Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and compliance with company policies and regulations.

This is a full-time position located in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur, offering a competitive salary of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies.
  • Review financial statements, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify areas of risk and potential fraud, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management and the audit committee.
  • Conduct training and education sessions for staff on internal control procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CMA is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet applications.
