Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements,Maintain a strong employer brand and market our organization as an attractive place to work,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment processes,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
