HAVEN Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our store operations effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our store meets and exceeds performance targets. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain store security measures.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
