📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial innovation, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of advanced industrial technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
