📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of mining equipment and supplies.
• Oversee logistics and distribution operations, optimizing routes and reducing transportation costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.
• Monitor supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all supply chain activities.
• Leverage data analytics and advanced software like SAP and Oracle to drive decision-making and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement and logistics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Represent PT Global Mining Solutions at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale procurement and logistics projects.
• Strong understanding of the mining industry, including knowledge of mining equipment and supplies.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle supply chain management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently, including international travel.
