📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders through accurate translation and interpretation.
• Translate and interpret technical documents, contracts, and other business-related materials.
• Conduct negotiations and meetings with suppliers and clients, ensuring clear understanding and agreement.
• Assist in quality control processes by reviewing translated documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Provide cultural training and support to team members to enhance cross-cultural understanding.
• Maintain and update a database of common technical terms and phrases used in manufacturing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cross-cultural communication.
• Support the team in resolving any language-related issues that may arise during business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and etiquette.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Translate, WeChat Translate, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Certification in business translation or interpretation is a plus.
