📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and manage AI-powered products for the supply chain, focusing on agentic AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex logistics challenges using AI.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform product strategy.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to improve user experience.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate product value and drive adoption.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and best practices in supply chain management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase product innovations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in AI or supply chain management.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics, and distribution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and meeting business objectives.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
