📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the Intelligence & Advocacy team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Airbnb's market position and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute advocacy campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of advocacy initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market intelligence and advocacy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in market intelligence, advocacy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
